Marcel Soural, born on 17 April 1965, graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. He is is the founder, the sole shareholder and at the same time the chairman of the board of directors of the Trigema a.s. Group.
Trigema is a development group, which currently consists of nearly fifty companies arranged into a group structure, each of them focusing on a specific product or service. Besides its own construction company and its company for building management and facility management, Trigema also deals with the construction and operation of science and technology centers, sports and leisure facilities and startup projects.
When planning a project, Trigema strives to think about the future and to design their buildings in such a way that they serve their purpose in the long term and do not unnecessarily pollute their surroundings and the environment. It has set itself the goal of crossing the boundaries of ordinary housing construction and each sees its projects as a mutual challenge of construction, architecture and urbanism.
By founding the architecture studio “Black n’ Arch”, Marcel Soural started a cooperation with the artist und sculptor David Černý and the architect and urban planner Tomáš Císař, working together on creative projects that reflect their visions of the future, bringing together architecture and contemporary art.
The company also supports a number of social, cultural and charitable projects. In 1999 Trigema became partner of Centrum Paraple, an organization helping people with spinal cord damage, for which Trigema reconstructed and completed its headquarters and supporting them financially and materially since then.
Soural is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for the Development of the Real Estate Market and a member of the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians in Construction.
