The event is free of charge, there are no fees.

Please go to the "Registration" page and click on the button "Register now" and you will be redirected to the registration form of our partner Clevercast. Please enter all required data in the fields provided. Do not forget to enter your email address, only then can we send you the access link to the event.

The event link will be sent to you automatically by email one day and two hours before the event. Please note that this is a personal access link that cannot be passed on. If, for example, a colleague of yours also want to take part in the event, he must register in order to receive an access link.

After registering, you will receive an access link by email, which you can use to log in to the event with a single click. The platform opens automatically, you do not need to enter any further data, and no app needs to be installed in advance. You will enter a digital waiting area, the live stream will be activated in time for the start of the event. Please allow a few minutes to gain access. To participate in the event, you will need an internet-enabled device (desktop PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and a stable internet connection. Your device also needs a functioning audio output (loudspeakers, possibly headphones) so that you can listen to the speakers. A webcam and/or microphone are not required as you do not have an active role. Alternatively, a mobile phone/tablet also works, but some functions, such as viewing presentations, are only possible to a limited extent.

No. To avoid overloading the system, your camera and microphone are automatically switched off during the event and cannot be switched on by you. Please use the live chat to communicate with the moderators/beyond.aco team.

Questions can be asked throughout the event via the live chat. These will be addressed by the moderators after the presentations and/or bundled together at the end of the event. You can also place your questions to ACO experts after the event in case you have any specific questions about ACO´s products or solutions, please use the email address beyond@aco.com. At the beginning of the event, the moderator will present the options for participation.

Due to time reasons it is unlikely that all questions can be addressed during the live event. Upon request, we will be happy to contact you after the event to clarify your issues.

The event will be hosted in English. We offer a simultaneous translation in several languages throughout the event, depending on the registrations. Once the live stream starts, you have the opportunity to select "your language" as preferred event language on the lower right edge of the screen. Please note that with the translation activated you will not hear the original sound of the live stream.

Due to the low number of participants of the last times, there will be no official date for a rerun. If you are interested in our event but unfortunately you are not available on the day of our live event or the time zone does not allow participation, please let us know, then we are going to find an individual solution.
